No Pets

We kindly ask that no pets of any kind be brought onto the property. A $500 penalty will apply for violations.
Strict No-Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping, and the use of any drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited inside the house at all times. Violations will result in immediate penalties.
Cooking Restrictions

For the comfort of all guests, frying food and the consumption of durian fruit inside the house are not permitted. A $1,000 air purification and cleaning fee will apply if these rules are not followed.
Cleanliness & Trash Disposal

Guests are expected to leave the house in the same condition as they found it. ○ A $300 fee will apply if the space is not cleaned accordingly. ○ All trash must be properly disposed of in designated bins to avoid a $100 fee.
Left-Behind Items

Any personal belongings left behind will be discarded. Please double-check before departure.
Seasonal Fire Safety Restrictions (June - September)

Due to dry weather and high fire risk, smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property during these months. A $1,000 air purification and cleaning fee will apply for violations.
